Training Needs Analysis Fisheries Investigation and Prosecution Skills

Training needs analysis (TNA) in fisheries investigation and prosecution skills development is a survey of FFA Members in an effort to identify knowledge and skills gaps in processing cases of IUU. The survey identified the need to develop the knowledge of how fisheries officers may support the prosecution process. This report recommends numerous topics of learning to develop and build capacity in the application of fisheries regulations and case file development
