The PIRFO Training Framework

The PIRFO Training Framework details the skills, knowledge and performance criteria employees of the Pacific Islands Regional Observer Programme must understand and apply.  Developed by the Forum Fisheries Agency with the Pacific Community in collaboration with FFA Members, the PIRFO Training Framework guides education institutions on the administration and qualification programmes that may be offered to Observers.
