7th Tuna Bottling Workshop May 2022

Conducted in May 2022, the purpose of the 7th Tuna Bottling Workshop was to continuously improve the recovery rate of raw tuna.

In this workshop it was found that recovery rate of raw-packed tuan can be improved to 52%.
