6th Bottled Tuna Workshop April 2022
This report covers the sixth production of bottled tuna.
This workshop together with a series of the workshop provided the following useful information to improve the bottled tuna workshop procedures.
The recovery rate of raw‐packed bottled tuna can be improved up to 43% when using 2‐3 kg of skipjack tuna.
